Once convened, the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Approval of the minutes from the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee meeting on 11/14/2023. Election of Officers 2. Nomination and election of committee members to serve as Chair and Vice Chair. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Affirmative Action Advisory Committee Overview 4. Workplace Diversity Plan Overview 5. Texas Open Meetings Act Overview Public Comments At any time during the meeting, the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
