The Audit Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Council Briefing Room at City Hall
Complex beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Audit Committee will take up the
following items no sooner than the designated times.

4. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for multiple on-call contracts to provide marketing
and communications services to all City departments in the estimated total value of

5. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for one contract to manage implementation and

6. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for one contract to provide the Public Works
Department with construction services for a new Animal Care Services (ACS) Veterinary
Hospital and renovations to the existing clinic, a 2022 Bond project located in Council

7. Approval to proceed with scheduling one contract for City Council consideration for
Neighborhood and Housing Services Department to provide gap funding to one affordable
single, housing development project in the estimated total value of $1,900,000 for a term

ADJOURNMENT
At any time during the meeting, the Audit Committee may meet in executive session for
consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code.
