Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the City Council shall consider the following ITEMS 1. Briefing on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the legislation's implementation and the San Antonio region's strategies. Briefing regarding the “3 Plus 9”, the City’s FY 2022 Budget and Finance status for the first three months, updated estimates for revenues and expenditures for the remaining nine months, and the recommended FY 2023 Budget Calendar. [María Villagómez, Deputy City Manager; Justina Tate, Director, Office of Management and Budget] EXECUTIVE SESSION At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session in the Presidio Conference Room or the B Room to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: A. Economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development). B. The purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (real property). C. Legal issues related to collective bargaining pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session in the Presidio Conference Room or the B Room to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: A. Legal issues relating to COVID­19 preparedness pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). F. Legal advice related to anti­harassment policies pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). ADJOURNMENT 5:00 P.M. – If the Council has not yet adjourned, the presiding officer shall entertain a motion to continue the council meeting, postpone the remaining items to the next council meeting date, or recess and reconvene the meeting at a specified time on the following day.
