Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the City Council shall consider the following ITEMS 1. Briefing on the Public­Private Partnership project located in Hemisfair at the corner of South Alamo and Market Street. Briefing to review the plans for the new City of San Antonio SA.gov mobile­ready website which focuses on the user perspective and experience, based on data, feedback and user needs. [Ben Gorzell Jr., Chief Financial Officer; Craig Hopkins, Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Services Department] EXECUTIVE SESSION At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session in the B Room to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: A. Economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development). B. The purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (real property). C. Legal issues related to collective bargaining pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session in the B Room to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: A. Legal issues related to litigation involving the City pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). E. Legal issues relating to COVID­19 preparedness pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). 5:00 P.M. – If the Council has not yet adjourned, the presiding officer shall entertain a motion to continue the council meeting, postpone the remaining items to the next council meeting date, or recess and reconvene the meeting at a specified time on the following day.
