Market, Room 221 San Antonio, Texas 78205 Thursday, April 13, 2023 9:00 AM 900 E Market, Room 221 The City Council will hold a meeting at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, 900 E. Market, Room 221 at the above referenced date and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the City Council shall consider the following ITEMS 1. City Council Budget Goal Setting Session establishing budget policy direction that will guide the development of service priorities for the FY 2024 Trial Budget and ultimately the FY 2024 Proposed Budget and the FY 2025 Budget Plan to include possible action on matters presented and discussed. [Maria Villagomez, Deputy City Manager; Justina Tate, Director, Management and Budget] EXECUTIVE SESSION At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: A. Economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development). B. The purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (real property). C. Legal issues related to litigation involving the City pursuant to Texas Government Code Section At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: A. ADJOURNMENT 5:00 P.M. – If the Council has not yet adjourned, the presiding officer shall entertain a motion to continue the council meeting, postpone the remaining items to the next council meeting date, or recess and reconvene the meeting at a specified time on the following day.
