Immediately after opening the meeting, City Council will recess into executive session in the Presidio Conference Room to consult with the City Attorney’s Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: EXECUTIVE SESSION A. Economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development). B. The purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (real property). C. Legal issues related to litigation involving excessive force, legislation, and eminent domain pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). D. Legal issues relating to emergency preparedness pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). E. Consultation with the City Attorney on matters in which the duty of the City Attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflict with the Texas Open Meetings Act. ADJOURNMENT 5:00 P.M. – If the Council has not yet adjourned, the presiding officer shall entertain a motion to D.
