Approval of the minutes from the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board – Building Codes Committee meeting on May 19, 2022 Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Vote to add new members to the Building Codes Committee 3. Discussion of the 2021 International Fire Code and propose changes to current amendments 4. Discussion of the 2021 International Building Code and propose changes to current amendments 5. Discussion of Chapter 10 Section 10­115 of the City Code "Residential building and home improvement contractor registrations” and other areas of Chapter 10 pertaining to the registration of residential building and home improvement contractors, and propose changes for these sections Director's Report At any time during the meeting, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board ­ Building Codes Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's 2.
