City of San Antonio AGENDA Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board ­ Energy Code Committee Thursday, June 9, 2022 1:00 PM 1901 S. Alamo The Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board ­ Energy Code Committee will hold its regular meeting in the 1901 S. Alamo beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board ­ Energy Code Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board ­ Energy Code Committee shall consider the following: Roll Call Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board – Energy Code Committee meeting on May 24, 2022 Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Vote to add new members to the Energy Code Committee 3. Discussion of the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code and propose changes to current amendments 4. Discussion of the 2021 IECC and proposed changes in regards to Electric Vehicles (EV) and Solar Systems (PV) Readiness Director's Report At any time during the meeting, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board ­ Energy Code Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. 2. Vote to add new members to the Energy Code Committee 3. Discussion of the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code and propose changes to current amendments 4.
