Once a quorum is established, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting shall consider the following: Roll Call Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board meeting on July 26, 2024 Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Presentation by Development Services Staff on the proposed process for reviewing and adopting the 2024 International Code Council Building­related codes and 2023 National Fire Protection Association National Electrical Code. 3. Action to update the by­laws for the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board as it pertains to appointing non­board members to sub­committees. 4. Presentation and possible action on the applications to join sub­committees as non­board members to review the 2024 International Code Council Building­related codes and 2023 National Fire Protection Association National Electrical Code and propose amendments to the full Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board. Action would be to review and possibly approve the waiver of the requirement to reside in the City of San Antonio for any applicant that does not meet the requirement. 2.
