Once convened, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting ­ Swimming Pool Code Subcommittee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting ­ Swimming Pool Code Subcommittee shall consider the following: Roll Call Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 1. Vote to appoint a Chair and Co­Chair for the subcommittee. 2. Vote to add or remove subcommittee members to or from the subcommittee 3. Discussion of the 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code and propose changes to current amendments found in Chapter 10 Section 10­97, Amendments made to the adopted chapters of the 2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code 4. Discussion of the swimming pool chapters of the 2024 International Residential Code and propose changes to current amendments found in Chapter 10 Section 10­37, Amendments to the adopted chapters and Appendices J and K of the International Residential Code 5. Discussion of Chapter 10, Building­Related Codes, and propose amendments to sections that pertain to swimming pool and spa requirements for the City of San Antonio Director's Report At any time during the meeting, the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting ­ Swimming Pool Code Subcommittee may meet in executive session for consultation with the  current amendments found in Chapter 10 Section 10­97, Amendments made to the adopted chapters of the 2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code 4. Discussion of the swimming pool chapters of the 2024 International Residential Code and propose changes to current amendments found in Chapter 10 Section 10­37, Amendments to the adopted chapters and Appendices J and K of the International Residential Code 5.
