The Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting will hold its regular
meeting in the 1901 S. Alamo beginning at 10:30 AM. Once convened, the Building-Related and

Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
2. Presentation and possible action on the appeal of the Building Official's decision to
suspend for 60 days the Plumbing Registration held by Mr. Juan Olivares with
Anytime Plumbing. Appeal documented under REQ-APL-25-42900002. (Rachel

Director's Report
At any time during the meeting, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory
Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office
concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
