Discussion of Chapter 6, Article IV, Minimum Property Maintenance Code, and proposed amendments to the current codes. • Review 2024 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) amendments applicable to the 2021 San Antonio Property Maintenance Code (SAPMC) • Chapter 1 – Scope and Administration Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Building Standards Board ­​ San Antonio Property 1.
