The Building Standards Board will hold its regular meeting in the Boardroom located at 1901 S.
Alamo St., San Antonio, TX 78204, beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Building
Standards Board will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Members of the public may provide comment on any agenda item, consistent with procedural
rules governing the Building Standards Board meetings and state law. Public comment may be
provided as follows:
1. Submit written comments via email to buildingstandardsboard@sanantonio.gov by 4:00 pm
the day before the meeting. Please include your full name, council district you reside or conduct
business in, item # and/or property address of the agenda item. Public comments will be read at
the time the item is heard.
2. Drop-off a written statement at 1901 S Alamo Street, San Antonio, TX 78204 by 4:00 pm the
day before the meeting. Please include your full name, council district you reside or conduct
business in, item # and/or property address of the agenda item. Public comments will be read at
the time the item is heard.
3. Leave a voice message of a maximum two minutes by dialing 210-206-DBSB (3272) by 4pm
the day before the meeting. Your message will be played during the meeting. Please include your
full name, council district, item #, and/or the address of the request.
*Note: Comments may be submitted in Spanish. Written comments must be received by 10:00
am the day before the meeting to give time for translation.

At any time during the meeting, the Building Standards Board may meet in executive
session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT – The Cliff Morton Development and Business
Service Center, located at 1901 South Alamo Street, is wheelchair accessible to persons with
