The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the
Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date
and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in
any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

9. Ordinance authorizing the negotiation and execution of six Professional Services Agreements with

and Associates, Inc.; e) Kittelson & Associates, Inc.; and f) Freese and Nichols, Inc. for oncall
civil engineering services for citywide projects. Each contract will have an estimated value of
$325,000 per year for an initial threeyear term with two, oneyear renewal options for an

issues for a total amount of $525,000. Funding is from the General Fund FY 2023 Adopted

35. Resolution consenting to the creation by Bexar County of a proposed Public Improvement District
(PID), to be named the Stone Garden Special Improvement District, generally located northeast of

Antonio. The resolution authorizes a Special District Application fee of $7,500 to be collected and
