The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the
Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date
and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in
any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

renewals. Funding of $2,909,000 is from the Fleet Services Fund, $21,000 from the Airport

9. Ordinance amending a contract with Keeley Construction Group, Inc. for the increased amount of
$181,952.04 and a total contract value of $909,760.18, and for a sixmonth extension for
additional construction services to complete nonservice alley projects. Funding is from the FY

10. Ordinance amending the Professional Services Agreement with Structural Engineering Associates,
Inc. for the increased amount of $1,066,441.13 and a total contract amount of $4,579,809.77 for

Railroad and Frio City Road project. Funding is from 2017 General Obligation Bond funds

existing infrastructure. Funding is from the General Fund and the Advanced Transportation District

infrastructure. Funding is from the General Fund and the Advanced Transportation District Fund

18. Ordinance amending the lease for the Tower of the Americas with Landry's Restaurant Group to
extend the lease for an additional fiveyear term, and providing an additional fiveyear extension

Program funded project, to be public use project and a public necessity for the acquisitions of one
(1) drainage easement totaling 0.21 acres (9,228 square feet), five (5) right of way easements

0.61acres (26,563 square feet), all located along Classen Road from Classen Spur to Knollcreek
