The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the
Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date
and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in
any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To sign up to speak visit

total cost of $4,475,000 over the contract term. Funding of $447,500 for the remainder of the

Rheaply, Inc. for similar services provided from June 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Funding
of $50,000 is from the Resiliency, Energy, Efficiency and Sustainability Fund FY 2025 Adopted

11. Ordinance amending the professional services agreement with The Broussard Group, Inc. (TBG
Partners) to increase contract amount by $350,500 for a total contract amount of $1,866,106, for
additional landscape architectural services to extend the Huebner Creek Greenway Project from
Floyd Curl Drive to Eckhert Road to also include the section along Huebner Creek from Eckhert
Road to Leon Valley. Funding is from 2022 General Obligation Bond funds included in the FY

Project, and authorizing the execution of a Multiple Use Agreement with the Texas Department of
Transportation (TxDOT) to allow for the construction and maintenance of greenway trail
improvements within TxDOT rightofway. Funding is from the 2022 Bond funds and the Tree
Preservation Fund, and is included in the adopted FY 2025 – FY 2030 Capital Improvement

14. Ordinance approving a construction contract, including two additive alternates, with Lone Star
Civil, LLC in the amount of $1,219,764.00 for Pickwell Park improvements. Funding is from the

15. Ordinance approving a construction contract with TCL Construction Enterprises, LLC, in the
amount not to exceed $1,255,850.40 for the construction of the District 2 Park Improvements

estimated annual revenue of $355,600 will be deposited into the Fleet Services Fund. [John

21. Ordinance approving a professional services agreement with Bethpage Consulting LLC to provide

June 30, 2028, with two, oneyear renewal options. Funding is from the FY 2025 General Fund,
