The Community Health, Environment, and Culture Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Norma
S. Rodriguez Council Chamber at the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened,
the Community Health, Environment, and Culture Committee will take up the following items no sooner
than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Community Health, Environment, and Culture Committee shall
consider the following:
Approval of Minutes
1. Approval of minutes for the August 9, 2022, Community Health, Environment, and Culture
meeting.

3. Metro Health response to the Council Consideration Request requiring that schools and
universities which receive city funding ensure instruction on family violence, child abuse, and human

4. Metro Health response to the Council Consideration Requests requiring domestic violence and sex
trafficking prevention signage at places of public accommodation, and amplifying awareness of

Adjournment
At any time during the meeting, the Community Health, Environment, and Culture Committee may meet
in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
