The Disability Access Advisory Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Westfall Library, 6111 Rosedale Ct. beginning at 3:00 PM. Once convened, the Disability Access Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Disability Access Advisory Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the meeting on {January 8,2024} Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Presentation: Aviation Department Updates by Tim O’Krongley, Deputy Director­ Development 3. Updates: Office of Emergency Management 4. Approval of the Parks and Rec. Letter and By­Law Updates 5. Review and Approval of the 2023 Annual Report 6. Committee Member and DAO Updates 7. The next meeting will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024, 3:00 PM at the Westfall Library At any time during the meeting, the Disability Access Advisory Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
