The Economic and Workforce Development Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Council
Briefing Room at City Hall beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Economic and Workforce
Development Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Economic and Workforce Development Committee shall consider the

1. Approval of the minutes from the Economic and Workforce Development Committee meeting
on March 22, 2022.

2. Committee policy discussion and possible action on the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds
(“SLFRF”) Spending Framework adopted by City Council under the American Rescue Plan Act
(ARPA) to include the categories of Small Business, Youth, and Digital Inclusion.

At any time during the meeting, the Economic and Workforce Development Committee may meet in
executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
