The Economic and Workforce Development Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Norma
Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened,
the Economic and Workforce Development Committee will take up the following items no sooner than
the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Economic and Workforce Development Committee shall consider the
following:
Approval of Minutes
1. Approval of the minutes from the Economic and Workforce Development Committee meeting
on June 24, 2022.
Public Comments
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
2. Consideration of applicants to the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation Board of

3. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for various support services included in the Small Business
(Phase II) implementation plan from the City’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and
Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) spending framework. [Alejandra Lopez, Assistant City
Manager; Brenda HicksSorensen, Director, Economic Development]

At any time during the meeting, the Economic and Workforce Development Committee may meet in
executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
