City of San Antonio AGENDA Ethics Review Board Meeting Monday, January 30, 2023 6:00 PM Municipal Plaza Building The Ethics Review Board Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the “B” Room of the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at 6:00 PM. Once convened, the Ethics Review Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Ethics Review Board Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Ethics Review Board meeting on December 7, 2022. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Recommendations to the Ethics and Municipal Campaign Finance Codes. Executive Sessions: At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
