Ethics Review Board Meeting

The Ethics Review Board, or a panel of the whole, will hold a meeting in the “B” Room of Municipal
Plaza Building beginning at 7:00 PM.
Once a quorum is established, the Ethics Review Board Meeting shall consider the following:
Call to Order and Opening Remarks
Public Comment: Comments must be related to item 1 as posted on this agenda.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
1. Preliminary discussion and possible action regarding the acceptance of an ethics complaint filed by
Mr. Martin Phipps against Councilmember Marc Whyte, to include the request for a hearing on the
matter by Mr. Phipps, as well as adoption of any rules of procedure and corresponding deadlines
as appropriate.
At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board may meet in executive session for consultation
with outside appointed counsel concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas
Government Code.
