Alamo San Antonio, TX 78204 The Ethics Review Board, or a panel of the whole, will hold a meeting at the Cliff Morton Development and Business Services Center (One Stop) located at 1901 S. Alamo beginning at 7:00 PM. Once a quorum is established, the following items will be considered: Call to Order and Opening Remarks Public Comment: Comments must be related to item 1 or 2 as posted on this agenda. (NOTE: Speaker registration closes 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.) Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 1. Discussion and consideration regarding hearing evidence and witnesses. 2. Hearing on the Ethics Complaint submitted by Mr. Martin Phipps against Councilmember Marc Whyte, including disposition and possible imposition of civil sanctions pursuant to Sec. 2­87(f) of the Ethics Code. Executive Sessions: At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with outside appointed counsel concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
