City of San Antonio AGENDA Ethics Review Board City Tower Concourse Tuesday, January 28, 2025 6:00 PM Conference Room B The Ethics Review Board will hold a meeting in the City Tower Concourse, Conference Room B at 100 W. Houston, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 6:00 PM. The City Tower Concourse Level can be accessed utilizing the City Tower Parking Garage elevators. Access to the elevators is available at the street level on either the Flores Street or Main Street sides of the facility. Individuals may sign up for public comment at the meeting location on the day of the meeting, up to 15 minutes before the meeting begins. Once a quorum is established, the Ethics Review Board shall consider the following: Call to Order and Opening Remarks Public Comment: Comments must be related to item 1 posted on this agenda. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the Ethics Complaint submitted by Mr. Oscar Zepeda against Councilmember Jalen McKee­Rodriguez, including disposition and applicable sanctions. At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board may meet in executive session for consultation with outside appointed counsel concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
