City of San Antonio AGENDA Ethics Review Board City Tower Concourse Monday, October 6, 2025 6:00 PM Conference Room B A quorum of the Ethics Review Board, or a panel thereof, will hold a meeting in the City Tower Concourse, Conference Room B, 100 W. Houston, San Antonio, Texas 78205, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Concourse Level is accessible via the City Tower Parking Garage elevators, with street- level access available on both the Flores Street and Main Street sides of the facility. Individuals may sign up for public comment at the meeting location on the day of the meeting, up to 15 minutes before the meeting begins. Once a quorum is established, the Ethics Review Board or its panel shall consider the following: Call to Order and Opening Remarks Public Comment: Comments must be related to item 1 posted on this agenda. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the Ethics Complaint submitted by Mr. Kyle Sinclair against Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones, including disposition and applicable sanctions. At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board or its panel may meet in executive session for consultation with outside appointed counsel concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
