The Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Meeting will hold its regular meeting in
the 100 W. Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78205, City Tower Large Conference Room
10.W1003 beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service
Commission Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Meeting

l. A three (3) day suspension for Fire Engineer Emory Sosa effective April 10, 2023.
m. A fifteen (15) day suspension for Fire Engineer Marvin Borth effective April 10, 2023.
n. A one (1) day suspension for Fire Engineer Ermilo Sierra effective April 16, 2023.
o. A one (1) day suspension for Fire Engineer Marcus Murillo effective April 19, 2023.
p. A three (3) day suspension for Officer Alyssa D. Aicher effective April 20, 2023.
q. An agreed three (3) day suspension for Officer Jonathan T. Guerra effective April 20, 2023.
These matters have not been appealed and are therefore final.
r. Three indefinite suspensions for Officer Misty Floyd effective April 13, 2023. Three letters of
appeal were received on April 17, 2023.
Public Comments
Executive Session: The Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission may at
any time during the meeting recess into an executive session to discuss personnel and/or legal
issues related to any item on this agenda, pursuant to Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and
551.071 (consultation with attorney).
