Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78205, City Tower Large Conference Room 10.W1003 beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Fire Fighters' and Police Officers' Civil Service Commission meeting on May 13, 2024. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Protest and appeals of questions from the written examination for the position of Police Lieutenant administered on May 14, 2024. 3. Notice of SAPD and SAFD disciplinary suspensions without pay: a. A fifteen (15) day suspension for Fire Engineer Alfredo Jimenez effective May 13, 2024. b. An agreed one (1) day suspension for Officer Thomas H. Porath effective May 14, 2024. c. An agreed one (1) day suspension for Officer Kaely A. Quijano effective May 18, 2024. d. A one (1) day suspension for Detective Robert Caldera effective May 21, 2024. These matters have not been appealed and are therefore final. Public Comments The Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission may at any time during the meeting recess into an executive session to discuss personnel and/or legal issues related to any item on this agenda, pursuant to Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and 551.071 (consultation with attorney).  b.
