Once convened, the Governance Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Governance Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Governance Committee meeting on December 13, 2022. Briefing and Possible Action on 2. Briefing and possible action on consideration of amending the ordinance establishing exemptions to the City Council Project Fund guidelines election year moratorium to accommodate City Council needs in binding, printing, and mailing. [Ben Gorzell, Jr., Chief Financial Officer; Emily McGinn, Assistant to City Council] Executive Session At any time during the meeting, the Governance Committee may recess into executive session to deliberate and discuss any of the following: 3.
