Correspondence II – ACF­OHS­PI­24­04 New Eligibility Provisions for Migrant and Seasonal Head Start programs 4. Early Head Start Collaboration with University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Project EARLY (Evidenced­Based Action, Research and Learning to support Young children with or at risk for autism) 5. Review of Head Start Program Fiscal Financial Audit 6. Review of Head Start, Early Head Start (EHS) and Early Head Start­Child Care Partnership (EHS­CCP) Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) 7.
