Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. National Children’s Dental Health Month Calendar Presentation 3. Approval of 2023­2024 Annual Report with minor edits 4. Review of Early Head Start (EHS) and Early Head Start­Child Care Partnership (EHS­CCP) Beginning of the Year (BOY) Student Outcome Data 5. Overview of Family Assessment and Goal Setting Process 6. Review of Head Start, Early Head Start (EHS), and Early Head Start­Child Care Partnership (EHS­CCP) Fiscal Report 7. Review of Head Start Quality Assurance Report 8. Review of EHS and EHS­CCP Quality Assurance Report 9. Review of Head Start, EHS, and EHS­CCP Monthly Program Report Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Head Start Policy Council Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. 7.
