Election of Committee Members 5. Approval of Head Start Policy Council Meeting days and times 6. Determining, Verifying, and Documenting Eligibility Training 7. Feedback on Head Start Parent Handbook 8. Review of Head Start Prek, Early Head Start (EHS), and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) Fiscal Report 9. Review of Head Start Prek Quality Assurance Report 10. Review of EHS and EHS-CCP Quality Assurance Report 11. Review of Head Start Prek, EHS, and EHS-CCP Monthly Program Report Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Head Start Policy Council Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
