The Intergovernmental Relations Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Council Briefing Room at
City Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Intergovernmental Relations Committee will take
up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To sign up to speak, visit

Sign up to speak or submit a written comment. Questions relating to these rules may be directed to the

Once a quorum is established, the Intergovernmental Relations Committee shall consider the following:
Approval of Minutes
1. Approval of minutes from the May 10, 2023 meeting of the Intergovernmental Relations
Committee.
Briefing and Possible Action on
2. Briefing on the 88th State Legislative Session. [Jeff Coyle, Assistant City Manager; Sally Basurto,
Director, Government Affairs]
3. Briefing on a grant application to the FY 2023 Defense Community Infrastructure Pilot Program.

At any time during the meeting, the Intergovernmental Relations Committee Committee may meet in
executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
