City of San Antonio AGENDA Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women South Side Lions Senior Wednesday, May 10, 2023 5:30 PM Center The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting at the South Side Lions Senior Center (3303 Pecan Valley Dr., San Antonio, TX, 78210) beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Approval of the minutes from the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women meeting on March 6, 2023. Public Comments 2. Boards & Commissions Terms – briefing on Boards & Commission service, terms, and upcoming deadlines 4. Treasurer’s Report – briefing on the status of the FY23 Budget 5. Subcommittee Updates – briefing and possible action on proposed activities and expenditures Entrepreneurship/Workforce Development Women’s Health Domestic and Intimate Partner Violence Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Boards & Commissions Terms – briefing on Boards & Commission service, terms, and upcoming deadlines 4. Treasurer’s Report – briefing on the status of the FY23 Budget 5. Motion to Adjourn At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
