City of San Antonio AGENDA Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women Wednesday, November 6, 2024 5:30 PM Plaza de Armas The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting in the Plaza de Armas beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Briefing and possible action related to support of the crisis nursery initiative to be considered by City Council 3. Briefing by the Scholarship Subcommittee and possible action related to recommendations for the scholarship funds 4. Briefing and possible action regarding International Women’s Day event options 5. Announcements, Upcoming Events and Future Items 6. Motion to Adjourn At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
