City of San Antonio AGENDA Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women Wednesday, July 9, 2025 5:30 PM Plaza de Armas The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting in the Plaza de Armas beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Approval of the minutes from the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women meeting on May 14, 2025 Public Comments 2. Public Comments [Interested speakers will have 3 minutes to address the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women on agenda related matters] Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Discussion of the 2025 International Women’s Day Meeting Draft Report 4. Discussion on a scholarship agreement with the Alamo Colleges Foundation 5. Recommendations on MCSW 2025 Fiscal Year Expenditures 6. Discussion of a collaboration with the Departments of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility and the Metropolitan Health District on an August Wellness meeting. 7. Reconstituting the ByLaws Committee 8. Announcements, Upcoming Events and Future Items 9. Motion to Adjourn ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
