City of San Antonio AGENDA Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women Wednesday, October 8, 2025 5:30 PM Plaza de Armas D The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting in the Plaza de Armas beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women LE will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Approval of the minutes from the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women meeting on August 27,2025 C Public Comments 2. Public Comments [Interested speakers will have 3 minutes to address the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women on agenda matters] Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Discussion on Day of the Girl Event Planning 4. Discussion on Domestic Violence Awareness Ideas 5. Annoucement, Upcoming Events, and Future Items 6. Motion to Adjourn ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
