City of San Antonio AGENDA Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women Wednesday, January 14, 2026 5:30 PM Plaza de Armas The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting in the Plaza de Armas beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Approval of the minutes from the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women meeting on August 27,2025 2. Approval of the minutes from the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women meeting on November 12, 2025 Public Comments 3. Public Comments {Interested speakers will have 3 minutes to address the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women on agenda matters} Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Consideration of outcomes from the December 8, 2025 Strategic Planning Session 5. Nominations and possible election of Commission Officers 6. Bylaw Subcommittee Development and Planning 7. Review of the FY 2026 Budget 8. International Day of the Girl Event Planning 9. Consideration regarding partnership opportunities for 2026 International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month Events ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
