City of San Antonio AGENDA San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board Monday, September 15, 2025 5:45 PM The San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board is anticipated to meet at on 15 September 2025 at 5:45 PM. Once a quorum is established, the LGBTQ Advisory Board shall consider the following items: Roll Call Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board meeting on [August 18, 2025]. Public Comment Members of the public may comment on items on the agenda, consistent with procedural rules of the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board and state law. Each individual/organization will have a maximum of 3 minutes to speak. Public comment may be provided as follows: • Attend in person and sign up to speak before the meeting starts. • Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comments via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Email comments of up to 300 words to CivilRightsOffice@sanantonio.gov by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Voicemail comments can be left at (210) 207-7886 by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Voice messages will be limited ot 300 words transcribed. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to the board.
