City of San Antonio AGENDA San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board Monthly Meeting Mission Branch Library, 3134 Monday, November 17, 2025 4:15 PM Roosevelt Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78214 The San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board Monthly Meeting is anticipated to meet at Mission Branch Library, 3134 Roosevelt Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78214 on 17 November 2025 at 4:15 PM. Once a quorum is established, the LGBTQ Advisory Board shall consider the following items: Roll Call Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board meeting on October 20, 2025. (minutes attached) Public Comment Members of the public may comment on items on the agenda, consistent with procedural rules of the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board and state law. Each individual/organization will have a maximum of 3 minutes to speak. Public comment may be provided as follows: • Attend in person and sign up to speak before the meeting starts. • Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comments via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Email comments of up to 300 words to CivilRightsOffice@sanantonio.gov by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Voicemail comments can be left at (210) 207-7886 by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Voice messages will be limited ot 300 words transcribed. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to the board. Chair Report Briefing and Possible Action on the Following Items 2. Briefing by the City Attorney’s Office and Discussion on Pride Cultural Heritage District Crosswalk and the City’s exemption request (see attached). 3.
