City of San Antonio AGENDA San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board Monthly Meeting Culture Commons Gallery, Tuesday, December 16, 2025 6:00 PM 115 Plaza de Armas, San Antonio, TX 78205 The San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board Monthly Meeting is anticipated to meet at Culture Commons Gallery, 115 Plaza de Armas, San Antonio, TX 78205 on 16 December 2025 at 6:00 PM. Once a quorum is established, the LGBTQ Advisory Board shall consider the following items: Roll Call Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board meeting on November 17, 2025. Public Comment 2. Members of the public may comment on items on the agenda, consistent with procedural rules of the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board and state law. Each individual/organization will have a maximum of 3 minutes to speak. Public comment may be provided as follows: • Attend in person and sign up to speak before the meeting starts. • Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comments via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Email comments of up to 300 words to CivilRightsOffice@sanantonio.gov by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Voicemail comments can be left at (210) 207-7886 by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Voice messages will be limited or 300 words transcribed. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to the board. At any time during the meeting, the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney-client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. Public Forum & Holiday Meet & Greet (from 6:30 -8:00 PM) The San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board invites residents to a public forum to share input on the issues that matter most to the community and the city.
