St. Mary, Rio Vista Room San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at 8:30 AM. Once convened, the Municipal Civil Service Commission will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Municipal Civil Service Commission shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Municipal Civil Service Commission meeting on November 30, 2021 Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Scheduled hearing for the purpose of deliberating and making a recommendation to the City Manager on the appeal of Joseph Thomas regarding his termination, effective April 2, 2021. The employee is from the Information Technology Services Department. Public Comments At any time during the meeting, the Municipal Civil Service Commission may meet in executive session regarding any of the matters posted, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) or Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney).
