Approval of the minutes from the Municipal Civil Service Commission meeting on January 31, 2024 and February 16, 2024. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Scheduled hearing for the purpose of deliberating and making a recommendation to the City Manager on the appeal of Daniel Diaz regarding his termination, effective September 18, 2023.
