Once convened, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Member of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Once a quorum is established, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Municipal Court Advisory Committee meeting on January 22, 2025. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Interview and possible recommendation on reappointment of Municipal Court Presiding Judge; and interviews of applicants and recommendations for Part-Time Municipal Court  Judges. EXECUTIVE SESSION At any time during the meeting, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee may meet in executive session regarding any of the matters posted above in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Section 551.071). A) Deliberate the appointment evaluation and duties of public officers and discuss legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
