Once convened, the Office of Urban Redevelopment Board of Commissioners will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comment 2. Discussion and Possible Action on the following item a. Discussion and possible action to approve a First Amendment to the Contract for Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment for the property located at 419 San Pedro and 425 San Pedro, and approval to authorize staff to take any action necessary to finalize this transaction. 3.
