Discussion and Possible Action to approve the FY23 combined OUR SA and SAAH budget. b. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the FY22 OUR SA and SAAH Audit by Leal & Carter, PC. c. Discussion and Possible Action to approve an Omnibus Amendment to Contract for the Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment and Assignment and Amendment Agreement with Franklin Development Properties, Ltd. for the Greenline North affordable housing development. 5.
