Approval of Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the September 20, 2023, Office of Urban Redevelopment board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide a briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following item: a. Discussion and possible action on OUR SA and SAAH branding and appointment of board member to serve as liaison to engage with staff on branding. 5. Staff Updates 6.
