City of San Antonio AGENDA Parks and Recreation Board City Tower Concourse Monday, October 21, 2024 5:30 PM Conference Room A The Parks and Recreation Board will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Concourse Conference Room A at 100 W. Houston, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 5:30 PM. The City Tower Concourse Level can be accessed utilizing the City Tower Parking Garage elevators. Access to these elevators is available at the street level on either the Flores Street or Main Street sides of the facility. If a visitor parks within the City Tower Parking Garage, any of the elevators within the parking structure will allow access directly to the Concourse Level. There is a Security Officer detail in place at the Concourse Level elevators, to conduct the needed security screening and visitor check in. 1. In­​Person: Sign up to speak in­​person prior to the start of the meeting via the Public Comments Sign​Up sheet available in the meeting room location. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of three minutes. 2. Written: Provide written comments (up to 300 words maximum) via email by 4:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting to Reena.Gonzalez@sanantonio.gov. Please include full name and address. General comments unrelated to specific agenda items will be read during the Public Comments portion of the agenda. Once quorum is established, the Parks and Recreation Board shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Parks and Recreation Board meeting on September 23, 2024. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Briefing and possible action regarding ordinance amendments to an existing Management Agreement with the Brackenridge Park Conservancy and a new 25­year term. 3.
