City of San Antonio AGENDA Parks and Recreation Board City Tower Concourse Monday, March 17, 2025 5:30 PM Conference Room A The Parks and Recreation Board will hold it’s regular meeting in the City Tower Concourse Conference Room A at 100 W. Houston, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 5:30 PM. The City Tower Concourse Level can be accessed utilizing the City Tower Parking Garage elevators. Access to these elevators is available at the street level on either the Flores Street or Main Street sides of the facility. If a visitor parks within the City Tower Parking Garage, any of the elevators within the parking structure will allow access directly to the Concourse Level. There is a Security Officer detail in place at the Concourse Level elevators, to conduct the needed security screening and visitor check in. 1. In­​Person: Sign up to speak in­​person prior to the start of the meeting via the Public Comments Sign​Up sheet available in the meeting room location. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of three minutes. 2. Written: Provide written comments (up to 300 words maximum) via email by 4:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting to reena.gonzalez@sanantonio.gov. Please include full name and address. General comments unrelated to specific agenda items will be read during the Public Comments portion of the agenda.
