The Planning and Community Development Committee will hold its regular meeting in Council Briefing
Room, City Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Planning and Community Development
Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

6. Resolution of No Objection for Pedcor Investments2023CXCIV, LP’s application for 2024 or
2025 NonCompetitive 4% Housing Tax Credits (HTC) from the Texas Department of Housing
and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the construction of a 240unit affordable multifamily rental
housing development named Creek Bend Phase II Apartment Homes, located at the northwest
quadrant of Highway 281 and Borgfeld Road in Council District 9 and allowing the construction of
the development to be located within one linear mile or less from another development. [Lori

Adjournment
At any time during the meeting, the Planning and Community Development Committee may meet in
executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
