At any time during the meeting, the Planning Commission may meet in executive session for consultation

Members of the public may provide comment on any agenda item, consistent with procedural rules

exceed six (6) inches if the depth and velocity are within the “Proceed with Caution” zone shown
in Chapter 35, Appendix H, Figure 4.3.1C during a regulatory 1% annual chance storm event, or
if the flooded drive lane does not prevent ingress/egress from the site located at 3630 Callaghan
